A few details make it easier to reproduce a problem. This form prepares a draft in your email app. You review it and choose whether to send it.
Quick answers.
How do I move and throw?
Drag to move. Your last deliberate sideways movement sets your aim. Lift your finger, then tap to throw in that direction. The first-play practice walks you through the controls.
Why can’t I throw?
Check your pillow count. Ride over a tin to refill. You also need to wait until crash recovery or a celebration finishes.
How do I unlock levels?
Finish the current level and meet its catch target to unlock the next level. Dodge hazards and refill along the way.
What does the heart pouch do?
Each level has one orange Spyhold pouch marked with a heart. Ride over it to gain an extra life. If you already have three hearts, it gives you a fourth.
I can’t hear the game.
Check Sound in the game’s Settings, then your device’s media volume and audio output. Sound may be going to connected headphones or a Bluetooth speaker.
Where is my progress saved?
Scores, unlocked levels and settings are stored on your device. The game currently has no account-based cloud sync. Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove progress. Please contact us before taking that step to troubleshoot.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Core gameplay works offline. Installing updates, opening external links and sending feedback need a connection.
Can I change text size or motion?
Open Settings to enable Larger menu text or Reduce motion.
Privacy questions.
Optional gameplay analytics can be changed in Settings > Privacy & analytics. You can play the full game without sharing analytics. Read the policy or email a privacy request.

iPhone beta testers can also send screenshots and feedback through TestFlight. For Android test access or a beta issue, email us with your device and game version.
