IN THE GAME
The game does not require an account. Scores, unlocked levels, tutorial progress, your analytics choice and settings are saved locally on your device. From version 0.22.0, optional Google Analytics for Firebase helps Spyhold LLC understand how the game is used. Analytics is off until you choose Share in the one-time analytics alert, or Allow analytics in Settings. Choosing Don’t Share leaves the full game available. Change your choice in Settings > Privacy & analytics.
OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
If you allow analytics, we send play sessions, level starts and results, active play time, scores, tutorial completion, selected menu taps, score-share screen openings, and Spyhold ad views and taps to Google Firebase. Firebase also processes a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, app/device information, and approximate region derived from internet addresses. This is not anonymous data: the app identifier can associate activity from the same installation. We do not request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising ID or a game account. We do not link analytics to your Spyhold purchases, sell it, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Google processes information under its privacy policy and our Firebase/Analytics service terms. We use this information to understand gameplay, improve the game and count sponsor views and clicks. Optional analytics relies on your consent; it is not required to play.

Lip Pillow Run is brought to you by Spyhold. It includes Spyhold advertising and a non-interactive branded loading screen. Ads are not personalized. If you choose an ad link, your browser opens spyhold.com, which has its own privacy policy. No analytics identifier is attached to that link.
TURNING ANALYTICS OFF
Turning analytics off stops new collection and resets this device's pending analytics data and app-instance identifier. Events from time spent opted out are discarded; they are not uploaded if you later opt in. This does not delete information already sent or aggregate reports. Contact [email protected] about access or deletion requests; because we do not collect your name or email in analytics, we may need additional information to locate any applicable records. Our Analytics property is configured for a two-month user and event retention period, with reset on new activity turned off. Google processes expiration on its monthly deletion cycle. Standard aggregate reports are not subject to that setting and may remain available longer. See Google’s retention explanation.
SHARING
If you choose to share a score card, the game creates an image and opens your device’s share sheet. You select the destination. That destination handles the shared image under its own privacy policy. The game does not post automatically. Saving an image to Photos uses the permission shown by your operating system.
SUPPORT AND FEEDBACK
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer you, investigate issues and improve the game. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We keep support correspondence while handling your request and afterward only as reasonably needed for related follow-up, investigating an issue, resolving a dispute or meeting legal obligations. Email us to request deletion. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it.
PLATFORM SERVICES
Apple, Google and your device’s operating system may process store, installation, diagnostic or beta-testing information under their own policies and your settings. Feedback sent through TestFlight may be made available to us through Apple’s tools. Device backup services may also include local game data.
THIS WEBSITE
The Lip Pillow Run site code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load analytics scripts, or use tracking pixels. Videos, images and fonts are served as site assets; there are no embedded third-party video players. The support form prepares an email on your device and does not submit your entries to a website database. We receive those details only if you send the email. The share button opens your device’s share controls or copies a link at your request. Avatar and press downloads need no account or email address; like other site files, their delivery can appear in ordinary hosting logs. Our hosting providers process basic request information such as IP address, requested page and browser details to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and manages its domain. Cloudflare may process request information and use necessary security technologies to operate and protect the service, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Links to Spyhold, app stores, email and other services take you to services governed by their own policies.
PROVIDERS & SECURITY
Google Firebase supplies optional analytics; hosting and email providers deliver the site and support correspondence. Information can also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents. Ad reports use counts and aggregate performance; we do not provide player-level analytics records to advertisers.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Google explains its processing locations and transfer safeguards in its Firebase privacy information. Contact us about the providers and safeguards applicable to your information. Hosting logs are governed by the provider’s delivery and security retention practices; we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
The website uses HTTPS. The game limits the analytics fields it sends and keeps advertising consent disabled. These measures reduce data exposure, but no online service can promise absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS
You choose whether to allow optional analytics, send feedback or share a score card. Local progress can be removed by clearing the game’s data or uninstalling it, depending on your device; this may permanently remove your progress. Email [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict its use, withdraw consent, or complain to your privacy regulator. Where applicable, you can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact us to appeal a request decision. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; we will explain if we cannot identify relevant records. We do not require a game account to make a request.
Where a legal basis is required, optional analytics uses consent. Responding to support and securing the site serve our legitimate interests in helping players and operating a reliable service. Legal compliance uses the applicable legal obligation. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
CHANGES
We will update this page if the game’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
